As the Experiential Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of on-premise and off-premise events, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional service and client satisfaction. Supervise your team. Interact with clients, venue staff and supporting internal departments involved in the events. The Experiential Manager is responsible for leading teams of Event Coordinators in all territories to guarantee effective and efficient planning, staffing, executing, reporting, evaluating and managing administrative post-event tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for your team’s ability to source the appropriate talent of Brand Ambassadors (BAs) and support with hiring and interviewing of the operational staff, including support crews for all the experiential events in your assigned territory.
2. Train, mentor, evaluate, discipline, and support your team and operational support staff.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of events.
4. Manage all aspects of presentations and service during events, assist with set-up, execution and break-down of events, if needed.
5. Responsible for on-site execution, including but not limited to weekends and holidays.
6. Ensure your team has all needed supplies for each program in stock and available, control inventory and distribute materials for the proper execution of the weekly demos and special events.
7. Advanced analytical skills interpreting data, submitting reports to the relevant departments.
8. Assist with office administration post-event including financial reconciliation, reporting, communications, etc.
9. Ensure staff arrive on time, properly uniformed and completes their required reports, including expenses and photos.
10. Communicate with every stake holder any issues with the execution of a planned Special Event. Includes but not limited to Operations Manager, Key Account Executive, Client, local stakeholders (Ex. Distributors).
11. Facilitate last-minute staff issues, including but not limited to covering a shift personally if necessary.
12. Ability to resolve conflicts with professionalism, interpersonal communication skills and sensitivity.

Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma; College Degree preferred
Language Proficiency: Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Work experience in related field or industry: 3 years
Supervisory experience: 3 years
Data Analysis: 3 years
Budgeting: 1 year
Sales experience: 1 year
Travel: 10% - Must have a valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
Work week schedule(s): 40 hours including Weekend/Holidays
