**This role is perfect for someone who is breaking into photography/photo editing and passionate about it. You do not have to have strong professional experience for this position. We are however seeking someone with an eye for the field, a strong interest in learning, artsy and a love for fashion!**
Job Responsibilities
- Editing Inventory: Review and ensure all items on the rack, including jeans and shoes, meet company standards. Make necessary adjustments and edits to maintain quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage returned items by sending them back into inventory. Regularly review inventory racks to identify and remove sold-out items, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues related to inventory, product presentation, or other operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Photography and Labeling: Capture high-quality photos of products, including jewelry, for marketing and sales purposes. Label colors on pictures accurately to enhance the shopping experience. Photography skills are a plus but not required.
- Uploading Photos: Manage the process of uploading product photos to the company’s online platforms, ensuring they are accurately represented and visually appealing.
- Daily Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
- Hype Photos: Create engaging and visually appealing hype photos to promote new arrivals, sales, and special promotions.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality output
- Collaborate with photographers and team members to achieve desired results
- Use photo manipulation techniques to enhance images
- Create engaging visual content for various platforms
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in Lightroom is a huge plus, not required
- Excellent attention to detail and creative skills
- Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role.
- Photography skills are beneficial but not mandatory for this role.
