- Max hourly rate $125/hr.

The Manager, Demand Planning is a key contributor to support the delivery of an ambitious and complex operating model program. The transformation program includes migrating several global capabilities to new global and regional capability centers.
The Manager, Demand Planning reports to the SVP T&O Transformation. This individual will support all program activities including and not limited to business case maintenance, resource planning, people organization tracking and dashboarding. You will work closely with the T&O Leadership teams, Global Business Services, Talent Acquisition, People & Culture and Global Real Estate to ensure T&O teams are prepared to transition services.
What You Will Be Doing
Organizational Resource File Maintenance
- Oversee the systematic organization and maintenance of the T&O program organization file, used for tracking all movements resulting from the operating model changes.
- Collaborate with our corporate partner teams to establish and update file management protocols in alignment with the operating model transformation objectives.
- Ensures accessibility follows relevant company standard
Resource Planning:
- Lead efforts, collaborate with functional heads and the Program and Change team, to identify T&O resource needs and patterns of work for functional areas in the Capability Centers
- Lead resource planning efforts for shift planning work in the Capability Centers
- Provides analysis and advice on collaboration windows for global teams based on functional spread
Business Case:
- Support analysis work behind each business case and the creation of each transformation business case in partnership with Leadership, FP&A and P&C.
- Manage the ongoing maintenance and documentation of business cases supporting the operating model transformation
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that business cases are aligned with strategic goals and update them as needed based on evolving transformational requirements.
- Has oversight access of all transformation business cases. Highlights overall with Leadership, FP&A, P&C and the Program Delivery Office and works to de-duplicate any overlap from any various transformation business cases
- Ensure the central Integration Management Office tool reflects the various business cases
Reporting & Analysis:
- Produce dashboards and regular and on demand reports or resource organization tracking, financial forecasts, business case status, and system access, providing insights to leadership and project teams
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, potential challenges, and areas for optimization
Systems Access List:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive systems access list, oversee that all hired team members have the required access to relevant tools and platforms
Program Cross-Collaboration:
- Foster effective collaboration with various departments and program teams to understand their planning and demand requirements
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning and demand management procedure
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness to changing business needs
Who You Are
- Strong creative and presentation skills
- Bachelors degree in business management, project management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in operations and program planning and demand management, preferably in the context of organizational transformation.
- Highly experienced in data management, forecasting and insights
- Strong expertise in financial analysis and enterprise business case production
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in program management tools and systems.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and drive results.
