Job Title: Program Development Specialist VISTA
RESPONSIBLITIES:
EXPLORATION:Conduct research and assessments to understand TRM's current social media presence, identify areas for improvement, and explore best practices in social media capacity building.
DEVELOPMENT: Based on research findings, develop and implement a structured program to build social media capacity within TRM.
IMPLEMENTATION AND REVIEW:Roll out the social media capacity building program, monitor its implementation, and evaluate its effectiveness through continuous feedback and assessment.
SUSTAINABILITY: Ensure the sustainability of the social media capacity building program beyond the VISTA term by documenting processes, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Experience:
- Proven experience in social media management or a related role
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in whole of Google Suite
- Knowledge of program evaluation techniques and methodologies
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards

Service Description: The Social Media and Development VISTA will develop and implement a comprehensive program aimed at enhancing the social media presence and knowledge of individuals and organizations associated with The Rolla Mission (TRM). By researching best practices, designing training materials, and facilitating workshops, the VISTA will empower TRM and its stakeholders to effectively leverage social media platforms for outreach, engagement, and impact. Throughout term, Member will also catalog donations of household materials, and create system to ensure those moving into permanent housing have access to essential household supplies (Furniture, Cookware, etc)
