Maintenance Manager
As Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team in overseeing the industrial maintenance of our facilities. Job Requirements
Formal Education and Training
Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Occupational Experience
6-8 years of experience in Maintenance, Leadership Role Preferred, Manufacturing a Plus

1. Maintenance Support
Manage the utilization of a full capability maintenance management software package to maximize the overall effectiveness of maintenance processes. Confers with management and other department heads to plan preventative maintenance, schedule inspections, and perform equipment overhauls. Provides complete preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to all production machinery and production support equipment. Establish and meet key machine maintenance objectives. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
2. Identifies/Manages Projects
Confers with contractors to resolve problems in installation of new equipment and to assist in construction or additions. Monitors and controls capital budgets for contractor projects. Provide complete project management services on projects as assigned. Identify, negotiate, and monitor contractors and contractor agreements.
3. Process Improvements
Work closely and cooperatively with the general manager, production, engineering, quality, safety and scheduling to identify improvement needs within the overall business plans and objectives. Reviews technical papers, catalogs, and other reference materials, to select and recommend new equipment, supplies, and maintenance methods to improve plant operations. Manage the effectiveness of the spare parts inventory to ensure maximum parts availability while minimizing inventory values. Supervise the development and management of maintenance techniques to maximize machine utilization and reliability. Uses data to determine equipment and cost reduction programs and implement the programs.
4. Leadership
Participates as a member of the site management team and contributes and supports site strategy initiatives. Contributes to all departments as needed and participates in interdepartmental projects and initiatives including production, safety, quality, engineering, ect.
5. Personnel Management
Manages all personnel issues for the maintenance department. Maintains the maintenance department's effectiveness by selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintains maintenance staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and by planning monitoring, and appraising job results. Communicates values, strategies, and objectives. Provides direct supervision to maintenance technicians and other related positions. Directs and coordinates the activities of workers engaged in the repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
6. IMSU/EHS
Maintains quality service by defining, establishing, and enforcing organization standards. Identify, comply with, and maintain legal standards concerning environmental, health, and safety.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
