CAD DESIGN COORDINATOR |
The CAD design coordinator provides professional administrative and organizational support to the management team and serves as a intermediary and liaison to our customers. Managing the customers orders and translation of CAD designs to ensure accuracy of their product design prior to sending into production. This critical and dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism, poise and confidentiality. The position serves as both the product translator and processor to the customer and builds critical relationships with the sales team, customers, and manufacturer, warehouse and construction teams. A tech-savvy individual and business-minded professional is necessary.
Someone who loves home design, has meticulous attention to detail, he ability to multitask, mange timelines, and good with numbers will do well in this role.
You will be working with CADS daily (Computer Aided Designs) drafting is not required.
This position operates in a fast-paced environment with a wide range of fluid responsibilities to include a variety of project management responsibilities between the customer and company. Work onsite at our Dallas office Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
ROLES & IMPACT |
Update and maintain customer account information in the CRM database.
Maintain and organize projects and actions database to strategically move projects forward.
Evaluate the scope of projects, reading ad interpreting CADs to assess projects.
Coordinate project development with Production Teams and ensure proper quality control.
Partner with customers to identify needed revisions and communicate revisions to oversee Production Team.
Ensure daily and timely follow up with customers throughout the sales and production process by managing communications including email, text messages, verbal, and written correspondence.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as necessary, consistently acting with discretion and discernment.
Attend critical meetings with or for the Customer, compile key takeaways/actions and ensure follow up.
Take charge of approval and production schedules.
