Job Purpose Summary
Corza Medical is seeking an experienced Talent and Leadership Development Conusltant to assist in building leadership and development programs and deploying programs globally via vitual means. Position is estimated to be 6 months+.
What you will do
- Designs, develops, presents, evaluates corporate learning and development programs and other initiatives using a variety of delivery methods both live and online.
- Consults with internal clients and analyzes requests for Learning and Development opportunities.

Create material and facilitator guides to support managers and HR with deploying training initatives.

Support building out of leadership materials on sharepoint.

Establish data analytics to inform talent management decisions and strategies, and to measure the effectiveness of career development, talent marketplace, and employee experience initiatives.
- Provide insights on current workplace and skills trends, and emerging technologies in the learning and development field. Identify and implement innovative methods and technologies to deliver content effectively and efficiently to all employees, considering their diverse learning preferences and remote locations.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience building and developing learning and development curriculum.

Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently to drive projects, coupled with executive presence and the ability to create strong alignment and engagement at all levels.

Innovative, global, strategic mindset - experience working globally preferred.

Technologically savvy with experience in learning technology, platforms, and delivery to meet the needs of today’s learner while anticipating the future.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of building solid relationships across all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated success in implementing programs and initiatives in large organizations through internal and external channels.
