Seeking top talent!! We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at a reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance, auto service management, and exceptional customer service skills.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for services and repairs, explaining costs and options to customers
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on their vehicle's status
- Utilize automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues
- Communicate with clients and act as a liaison between the customer and the technician
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote service offerings
Experience:
- Previous experience in dealership or auto service management preferred
- Strong background in service writing and general understanding of mechanics
- CDK/CDK Service experience preferred
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of engine repair and tire service is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling and customer service skills
