Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Client Coordinator will provide support to top commercial real estate brokers for a wide range of general administrative assignments, including marketing.
Essential Functions
Word processing duties including composition and editing of final documents; letters, offers, contracts, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate timely and accurate dissemination of sales or listing agreements, leases and renewals, and other contracts to clients.
Set up individual and team files, creating and maintaining file management.
Prepare broker and potential client packages (brochure, offering memorandum, BOV, RFP, etc.) and electronic presentations
Organize, word process, assemble, and disseminate brochures and investment packages; follow up on collateral materials
Responsible for assisting with design and layout of mailers; obtaining data information, maps, and floor plans.
Coordinate the brochure design, creation of electronic marketing presentations, and dissemination of marketing materials to the brokerage community.
Adobe InDesign; editing pictures, creating maps for flyers and presentations.
Gather data necessary to create information graphs to emphasize specific market niches for all sales presentations in either Excel or PowerPoint and the design software.
Update and maintain property databases and enter new portfolios
Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience:
(2) years of related COMMERCIAL Real Estate experience and training
(2) years of experience with AIR, working with Lease and Sales Contracts
Experience with Commercial Real Estate databases, a plus
Conduct online information searches and surveys, utilizing AIR, Metropolis, Costar and Loopnet
Adobe InDesign Creative Cloud is preferred; other desktop publishing programs considered
Constant Contact, or equivalent, email marketing
General office equipment, computer skills, and Microsoft Office product knowledge
