The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for the long-term development of their products/category on a worldwide basis. The role covers the following: understanding the consumer and stylist needs in alignment with the brand strategy and DNA; ideate product concepts and packaging in close partnership with cross-functional teams, develop global launches along with being part of the development of the brand strategy and long-term vision. This role will be responsible for managing the global brand relaunch by establishing new messaging, enhancing portfolio claims, developing/executing creative expression, driving sustainability messaging and storytelling, and working closely with drive markets for local execution excellence.
Initiate briefs for new projects and collaborate with partners across Research & Innovation, claims, artwork teams, and development, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to production.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including digital, education, ecomm, and creative to deliver successful product launches and dossiers.
Develop and implement new product strategies, including positioning, formulation, packaging, media, merchandising, and pricing.
You hold a college degree, preferably in business or creative fields such as BBA, BFA, BA, or AAS, with a high school diploma as a minimum requirement.
Visual sense of esthetics, attention to detail, ability to make quick decisions, problem solve, multi-task, lead and influence peers + partners.
Ability to articulate clear business direction and strategies; to drive goals and objectives. Also, to liaise between different departments, participate in senior level management discussions and facilitate the creative process at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Salary Range: $119,900-$170,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
