Enigma Med Spa and Plastic surgery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Spa Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the MedSpa industry or Plastic Surgery with a strong background in client services, sales, aesthetic services and social media management. As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice while delivering unparalleled service to our discerning clientele.

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE
$24-$27
Additional compensation Commissions in the form of Bonus payment will be assigned starting from 6 month employment
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of client appointments, including scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of MedSpa services and products to effectively educate clients and recommend personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success by actively promoting and upselling services and products to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets to exceed sales goal and take advantage of generous incentive plan.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Develop and implement strategic social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to foster a positive and collaborative work environment focused on delivering excellence in all aspects of our practice.
Requirements:
- Minimum of ONE year of EXPERIENCE in the Medical Spa or Cosmetic surgery, with a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
- At least one year of experience in a coordinator or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage client relationships and administrative tasks.
- Proven track record of sales success, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
