**Duties:**
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate their duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience working in the food industry, preferably in a culinary role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of food production, culinary techniques, and kitchen management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in catering or food service management is a plus
