Help adolescents recover from mental health and substance use challenges at an 18-bed residential treatment center on a beautiful 100-acre horse farm in Killingworth, Connecticut.
Turnbridge is hiring direct care support professionals for this program, where your skills and care transform young people’s lives.
Primary job duties include:
- First and foremost, provide outstanding support to every patient
- At Turnbridge, safety is our number one priority. As staff you will be responsible for ensuring safety of the clients.
- Our staff help maintain a healthy and sober environment in which clients can grow and develop a new set of skills to use in their everyday life. You will form meaningful connections with clients to support them on their path to recovery and well-being
- We expect our staff to promote a healthier way of living and to be understanding of certain setbacks our clients may have. Quality of care is extremely important.
- Ensure the program’s daily schedule runs smoothly
- Provide companionship and be a supportive listener.
- Report changes in the health or status of the client.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma/equivalent or higher
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass background checks
The Killingworth team includes: psychiatrists, therapists, nurses, wellness coordinators, academic advisors, operations staff, kitchen staff, and more.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
