Mortgage Loan Expert Position
Description:
The position will be deeply involved with clients throughout the mortgage approval process. You will have total control of the team’s image to our Clients. The LE must exude professionalism and a helpful attitude to earn future and repeat business. You will need to create and perfect systems to enable a complete Raving Fan experience for our clients.
Responsibilities and Activities:
· Client Pre-quals
o Answer all calls that come in so we can maximize prospect conversion
o Fast return of all voicemails and emails for clients
o Complete and Update Lead Tracker
· Client Qualification and Applications
o Review client documents to insure a great pre-qualification letter
o Extend pre-quals in a quick manner to the client
o Get applications signed quickly & submitted to lenders in timely manner
· Communication
o Stay on top of clients for documents & update them on loan status
o Ensure the client’s file is moving towards an approval one week before their closing.
o Communication with the client is courteous and doesn’t over-promise and under-deliver
o Communicate effectively with loan concierge, loan processor & closer to ensure a smooth approval & closing

Qualifications:
- Loan processing experience
- Knowledge of TILA regulations
- Familiarity with FNMA guidelines
- Underwriting expertise
- Loan origination background
- Understanding of financial services industry
- Proficiency in mortgage servicing
- Strong credit analysis skills
- Experience in Fair Housing regulations
- Background in contracts, banking, and escrow
- Proficient in basic math and 10 key typing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
