Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Assist guests with luggage storage and transportation arrangements
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or hospitality management preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are highly desirable
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer software (e.g., reservation systems)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
