*Key Responsibilities:*
* *TMS/Spravato Administration:*
* Conduct TMS and Spravato treatment sessions according to established protocols.
* Monitor patients during treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
* Educate patients about TMS and Spravato therapies, potential side effects, and treatment expectations.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of each treatment session in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
* *Patient Coordination:*
* Serve as the primary point of contact for TMS and Spravato patients.
* Schedule initial consultations, treatment sessions, and follow-up appointments.
* Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations and verify patient coverage.
* Assist patients with pre-treatment assessments, including obtaining medical history and completing required forms.
* Provide ongoing support and communication to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
* *Clinical Support:*
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical guidelines.
* *Administrative Duties:*
* Manage patient files and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
* Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
* Maintain inventory of treatment supplies and medications, ordering replacements as necessary.
* Assist with marketing efforts to promote TMS and Spravato services.
*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field; advanced degrees or certifications in psychology, nursing, or related fields preferred.
* *Experience:*
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in mental health.
* Experience with TMS and/or Spravato treatments is highly desirable.
* *Skills:*
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in EMR systems and basic computer applications.
* Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
