Job Summary:
Chattahoochee Hospice is a nonprofit agency providing patient care to the residents of Chambers, Lee and Randolph counties in Alabama, and Troup and Harris counties in Georgia. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Representative to assist the administrator with all aspects of marketing and the community outreach program which includes:
- Identify referral contacts within the community including hospital case managers and discharge planners, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and physicians’ offices.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all referral sources that contribute to the agency’s continued growth. Develop and execute marketing plans to meet business development goals.
- Attend marketing and networking events to enhance visibility of the agency in the community and generate new relationships and business opportunities.
- Develop presentations and participate in public speaking events.
Skills / Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ marketing experience in the health care industry.
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivated person with ability to thrive and accomplish objectives with minimal direct supervision.
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, health services administration, business, and/or Associate Degree in Nursing.
