- Bathing Clients
- Skin care
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Ambulation
- Transferring, positioning
- Using Medical Supplies/Equipment/Devices
- Assisting with changing a clean dressing of a stable wound
- Assisting with self-administration of medication
- Light housekeeping, running errands and picking up groceries
- Preparing meals
- Meal planning
- Monitoring and documenting intake
- Assisting with intake
- Monitoring safety
- Assisting to medical appointments
Responsibilities:
- Follows established policies and procedures of Fort Hudson Home Care
- Complete Health assessment each year
- Immunization verification/compliance
- Participates in and completes required continuing education (6 credit hours annually at minimum), including mandatory in-services annually
- Knowledge of/participates in Quality Improvement Program
