Novus Anesthesia Partners, LLC is excited to announce the full integration of the anesthesia program at Riverside Medical Center and Riverside Ambulatory Surgery Center. In partnership with Riverside, we have established a dynamic compensation and recruitment structure, offering attractive shift flexibility for providers commuting to Kankakee. Riverside possesses a strong team-oriented atmosphere where anesthesia, surgeons, and OR staff truly collaborate to deliver superior patient care.
Compensation:
- $515,000 Base Salary
- Attractive incentive compensation
- Cost of living adjustment of 2.5% per annum
Recruitment and Retention:
- $75,000 paid with first check as a full-time employee with 36-month commitment subject to prorated claw back provision
Incentive Compensation:
- $300 per hour for time worked outside of normal shifts in conjunction with running late rooms. (Calls taken above 5 per month shall not be factored into calculation).
- Additional call compensation for calls taken above a total of 5 per month of $2,500 for weekday and $4,800 for weekend.
- Cardiac call compensation for calls taken up to 26 per quarter of $200 for weekday call and $300 for weekend call. Cardiac call compensation for calls taken above 26 per quarter of $300 for weekday call and $400 for weekend call.
- PTO buy back at $2,800 per day.
- Standby emergency call back rate $300 per hour with four (4) hour minimum.
- Post call pay rate $300 per hour.
Medical Malpractice Insurance:
Novus will provide medical malpractice insurance, including tail coverage that will cover the
professional medical services provided in conjunction with this offer.
Benefits:
- Novus paid (EE only) major medical insurance (Employee may elect coverage for child, spouse, or family with additional premiums to be payroll deducted.)
- Novus 401(k) match of 4% per annum up to IRS cap (Dollar for dollar match of employee deferral up to 3% plus $.50 on the dollar for employee deferral between 3% to 5%).
- Novus paid long term disability insurance (LTD)
- Provide 11 weeks of PTO per calendar year
- Novus paid $2,500 CME stipend.
- Access to additional Novus payroll deducted benefits including, but not limited to, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, STD, life insurance, and accident and sickness policies.
- Eligibility for benefits begins on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
