Greet customers in a friendly outgoing manner and assist them with product advice, sizing and answer questions about specific baseball equipment and/or apparel
Provide in-depth product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Offer guidance on equipment sizing, maintenance, and usage
Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend complementary products
Help maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor
Monitor and restock merchandise to ensure product availability
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale system
Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely and accurately
Address customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Answering phones and complete outbound calls to customers in a professional and courteous manner
