**Job Overview:**
Join our team as an Administrative Assistant where you will play a crucial role in supporting our warehouse management staff and overseeing delivery verification and vendor chargeback processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service.
**Duties:**
- Answer inbound phone calls and emails
- Collaborate with internal departments and manufacturers as required to service our customers
- Prepare, review and distribute reports as needed
- View and approve third party delivery billing
- Submit chargebacks to third party delivery company or other vendors
- Enter approved chargebacks in QuickBooks
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks required
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service practices
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which is subject to temperature changes not easily controlled by heating or air conditioning
