Summary:
The Night Cleaning Manager assists in the overall administrative success of the Night Cleaning Team by processing Payroll/Timesheets, new hires electronic onboarding and distribution of work materials to different locations. The Night Cleaning Manager will assist the Director of Operations with out of state accounts as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities are, but not limited to the following:
- Able to perform repetitive work
- Ensure Night Cleaning Team meets project deadlines by following up and verifying completion times
- Reviewing and correcting Night Cleaning Payroll discrepancies for all locations
- Distribute Night Cleaning’s work materials from the Main Office to various locations as needed
- Attend any Office Meetings or mandatory employee activities
- Submit any incident reports to Human Resources in a timely manner
- Process/send any sick pay request to Human Resources and Payroll in a timely manner
- Assist NC Team with hiring of new hires via Efficient Hire Electronic Forms
- Assist new employees with application process
- Review and correct any errors on the I9 Form
- Check with Human Resources for any Rehires approval
- Check in with Night Cleaning Supervisors periodically
- Report any deficiencies, safety and security concerns with the Operations Manager
- Keep lines of communications open with NC Team, Ops Manager and Human Resources
- Maintain HR confidential information
- Ensure various HR Forms are properly used
- NC Manager is responsible for onsite visits to the properties to ensure tasks are completed and check in with NC Supervisors for any needed assistance
- Company vehicle is provided for onsite visits to properties
- Physical work setting is from Office to onsite properties
- Knowledge of Commercial Kitchen Cleaning
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:

- Commercial Cleaning experience preferred
