At Creamery Tire we are looking for tire technicians of any skill level. We provide full 1 on 1 training for every new team member, so no experience is required. Tire technicians are responsible for installing, balancing, diagnosing, and repairing tires as needed on customers vehicles. Tire technicians work in a fast-paced environment and are tasked with achieving and maintaining superior levels of customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Install new and used tires
- Balance new and used tires
- Diagnose and repair damaged tires
- Diagnose and replace damaged valve stems
- Diagnose TPMS systems
- Install tubes
- Studding snow tires
- Communicate with customers as needed
- Complete work orders and related paperwork
- Maintain, organize, and clean shop and equipment
- Communicate with and assist other team members
- Follow company safety rules
- Promote company culture and vision
Requirements:
- As an active position, tire technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, pull and lift
- The ability to read, understand and follow procedures and guidelines
- Attention to detail
- Goal oriented
- Basic mathematic skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Qualifications:
- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
