Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling, therapy, and support to individuals dealing with various mental health issues. Duties:
- Conduct both remote and in person therapy services
- Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide care to enhance social support and coping skills
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counselling, Social Work, Counseling (MSW, LMHC, LMSW LCSW)
- Some experience working with children and adolescents or willing to learn
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bi- lingual- Russian a plus
