Job Description: We are looking for highly driven and results-oriented Hemp THC Field Sales Contractors in San Antonio, TX to join our team on a commission-based contract. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing new business relationships, promoting our product line, and generating sales in this rapidly growing market. You will primarily focus on B2B sales by visiting smoke shops and wholesalers to sell our premium THC products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in this industry.
- Product Promotion: Educate clients about our compliant THC products, emphasizing their unique qualities and benefits.
- Sales Generation: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, prospecting, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and pricing to make informed sales decisions.
- Customer Relationships: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team, sharing insights and progress toward sales goals.
- B2B Sales: Regularly visit smoke shops and wholesalers to establish and grow business relationships, demonstrating and selling our products.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of previous sales experience in this industry is a must.
- Willingness to travel extensively to visit clients and potential clients within San Antonio, TX.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of hemp THC products and how they work.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Must have access to a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection.
Compensation: This is a commission-based contract position. You will earn a competitive commission of 22.5% of the total dollar amount generated from sales, with the potential for significant earnings based on performance, including bonuses.
