Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations and activities of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and banquet services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor and maintain the quality of food production, catering, and banquet services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient communication
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and vendors
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of food production, catering, banquet services, and bartending is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant computer applications
