My luxury lifestyle hotel client is seeking a dynamic Group Sales Manager to join the team. This is one of the most exciting hotels in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, account management, and business development. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage key customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct technical sales presentations and demonstrations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Skills:
- Proven experience in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong background in sales, outside sales, and account management
- Ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development initiatives
