Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and managing a team to ensure successful events.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events
- Ensure high-quality food production and service delivery
- Supervise catering staff, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and regulations
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, shift management, team management, or related fields
- Knowledge of food handling, food service, food service management, cooking techniques, and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
