We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO and Residential Construction Lead Scheduler to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO and Construction Lead Scheduler will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO while also overseeing the scheduling and coordination of residential construction projects. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant to the CEO Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the CEO.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences at the request of the CEO.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining records for the CEO's office.
Construction Lead Scheduler Duties:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for all construction projects.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and completion of tasks.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes and delays.
- Communicate schedule updates and project milestones to all relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software to track and report on project timelines and performance.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with experience in the construction industry highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
