The Comfort Inn & Suites Hays is looking for a hard working Front Office Manger to join our wonderful team and to help lead our team. Overall responsible for assisting GM with hotel property front desk operations. Responsible for leading, training, and inspiring staff at the front desk to abide by policies, procedures, and Hotel Brand Standards of operation. Looking for someone with open availability as covering shifts is an important aspects of the position.

Duties:
- Manage guest relations and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Oversee the operation of the front desk and phone systems
- Train and supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and reservations
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
