Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and efficient experience.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Assist guests with information about hotel services and local attractions
- Handle guest requests promptly and effectively
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is advantageous
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Exceptional phone etiquette
