Litigation Attorney (New York Labor Law and Fire & Casualty) – New York, NY
Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC is seeking an attorney for its New York Labor Law and Fire & Casualty team. The candidate must have at least 5+ years of significant experience in handling New York labor law and fire and casualty claims. Experience must include handling all aspects of a case from inception to trial.
Qualified candidates must possess the following:
· JD from an accredited Law School
· Admitted to practice in NY, admission to the NJ bar a plus
The salary range for this position is $125k+, commensurate with experience.
The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
