We are an in-home care provider of comprehensive home support services to help seniors and disabled individuals who need assistance with daily living. We send trained, thoroughly screened home care aides to our client's homes. Under general nurse supervision, our aides help with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, and other activities that keep a home comfortable. ```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care, performing wound care, and assisting with procedures.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques.
- Document patient information accurately and timely manner.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
```Experience```
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is required.
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidates will have experience in various nursing duties and possess the necessary skills to perform tasks such as ostomy care, wound care, vital sign monitoring, and Start of Care (SOC), as needed.
As an RN, you will work closely with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. You will be responsible for assisting with procedures and documenting patient information accurately.
In addition to clinical skills, we value candidates who are compassionate, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Pay: $50.00 Per visit
