Lead the analytics & experimentation strategy across Central Marketing
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in marketing analytics and KPI frameworks to measure success
Set into motion the analytics roadmap with focused pillars of attribution modeling, data strategy for lead generation, and analytics reporting pyramid
Develop analytics reporting suites to quantify performance and share results with stakeholders consistently across levels of the organization
Set testing strategy and approach leveraging conversion rate optimization best practices.
Serve as a subject matter expert on design of experiments including test structure, sequencing, definition of primary and secondary success metrics, and experiment duration calculation.
Work with internal data engineering teams, and BI teams to set into motion the analytics roadmap for data strategy
Develop and iterate on attribution models to quantify drivers of conversion, including multi-touch attribution, lead scoring, propensity and churn models.
Understand customer and prospect funnels, customer behavior, funnel dynamics, and user trends to identify opportunities for experimentation to drive a step-change in conversion performance
Lead, grow, and inspire a team of Analysts and intelligence managers
Be an advocate and evangelist for best in class measurement and experimentation methodologies and opportunities across Marketing constituents
