Work experience, character, and personality traits we desire; Former military, law enforcement, and/or substantial security operations experience a must. Previous managerial experience including scheduling, payroll, getting cooperation from employees, and client relations very important.
You must already live in the Greater Los Angeles area to apply. Possessing an armed permit and guard card preferred by not mandatory.

Must articulate professionally in both verbal and written formats appropriate for correspondence with external department heads, current and potential clients, business leaders, internal management, as well as our field teams.
Responsibilities: As our Operations Manager, you will lead and direct our Security Management Team (Assistant Operations Managers, Supervisors, Rovers) and the entire field staff (about 75 field officers). This individual accepts the managerial role or the allocation and day-to-day use of manpower and client service.
Specific duties include: keeping our clients happy; sustaining positive morale and high service and performance in the field; minimizing overtime and extra expenses; inspiring others to excel; reviewing and editing daily field reports; allocating resources and manpower; overseeing our hiring and training processes; anticipating upcoming staffing requirements; bringing new business leads to our firm (hopefully from previous relationships and new business contacts and networking; supporting an excellent Firm reputation.
Further, it is understood that this role may require weekend and evening activities from time to time.
