Pay: $26.00/hr
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday starting at 8am for approximately 8 hours.
Hours available may fluctuate based on customer need and sales demand. This position generally has increased summer hours due to business need. Some travel is required to accounts several hours apart.
Type: Full Time
Mileage Reimbursement: Mileage is reimbursed for travel between home and store.

Functions or Duties:
Responsible for assisting in the supervision of a territory consisting of merchandising accounts and merchandisers, plus responsible for merchandising products at 18 locations in Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington.
- Service accounts during designated times established by management

Responsible for the overall appearance and cleanliness of assigned accounts

Provide exceptional customer service and work closely with personnel

Audit packing list, report discrepancies and return damaged or defective products

Build and maintain promotional displays
-
Use handheld devices to input/submit orders

Helps with merchandising coverage when needed

Assists in the hiring process of merchandisers

Training of merchandising staff

Helps to ensure day to day merchandiser duties are preformed

Assists manager with customer and end-user relations

Disciplinary recommendations

Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
-
18 years or older
-
Valid government-issued identification
-
Maintain a clean and neat appearance
-
Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
-
Ability to operate under minimal supervision
-
Personal vehicle with valid drivers license and vehicle insurance.
Education and Experience:
-
Merchandising or equivalent work experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

Lift, load, push and pull products weighing upwards of 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds

Climb stairs or ladders, as well as walking, squatting, kneeling, bending or reaching while merchandising and moving products

Ability to judge distances

Exposure to cold, heat, loud noises, and machinery while performing job duties
