Responsibilities:-
Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and production capacity.

Coordinate with operations, engineering, procurement, and other relevant departments to allocate resources effectively.

Conduct capacity planing to ensure sufficient resources are available to meet scheduled work.

Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Prepare and present reports on production status, capacity utilization and any potential risks or bottlenecks.

Serve as liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth production operations.

Track and report on schedule adherence and performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain mangement, Aviation Management or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

Minimum 2+ years of scheduling experience.

Able to synthesize considerable and complex data and multitask.
