Scope:
The Sub-Assembly/Conformal Coat Lead is responsible to organize, motivate assigned area of Production team and communicate issues to the supervisor/manager. Responsible for quality, workflow, efficiency and communicating company expectations. Will assist the production supervisor/manager in all functions. Performs a variety of complex duties under general guidance. Supports the manufacturing and business requirements of the Division. Position reports to the Production supervisor.
Responsibilities : (include but are not limited to)
Collaborates with supervisor/manager to establish a level work load.
Responsible for meeting daily and weekly production schedule. Manage schedules for specific products.
Attend production meetings as required.
Oversee & perform administrative duties in absence of supervisor.
Provide feedback on process issues and or failures.
Adapt to quick changes in schedules, customers jobs and other unforeseen circumstances.
Highlight material shortages, interface with stockroom and planning on any material issues that arise.
Visually check work in progress for hardware, epoxy, conformal coating, marking defects and make adjustments as required.
Assign operators where needed to meet production schedules.
Provides training and cross training of employees; supports and assists personnel in performing duties.
Maintains a high degree of quality in all work performed.
Maintains a clean and professional appearance of all manufacturing areas (6s).
Continually reviews assigned work center for potential cost savings.
Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times.
Act as first responder to resolve manufacturing issues.
Perform production activities when necessary to meet goals or as short term substitute operator.
Responsible for Sub/conformal coat processes utilizing automated equipment and hand assembly.
Performs routine equipment setup, operation and adjustment.
Ensures processes and equipment remain acceptable within company manufacturing standards.
Install hardware and apply consumables to the highest industry (IPC) standards.
All other assigned duties as required within the production organization.
Responsible for completing all units within the work order, if any NCMR/DMR, must follow through to completion

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
Good English skills, able to read, write and speak clearly.
Ability to understand printed circuit board construction including reading assembly drawings, bill of materials and written manufacturing assembly instructions MAI’s
Must know how electronic components are oriented and distinguish the part numbers.
Understand rules & requirements for proper handling of electronic components: Electrostatic Static Discharge (ESD).
Qualifications:
Able to read, write, communicate and understand the English language.
Ability to pass eye exam with a minimum 20/20 vision that may be corrected via eyeglasses or contact lenses as required. Eye exam is required annually.
Understanding of printed circuit board manufacturing. Ability to interpret essential build documentation.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel; ability to work professionally with little supervision.
Computer skills with good working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good reading vision: ability to sit/stand for up to 10 hours daily. Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
Ability to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week and flexible to work weekends as needed. Ability to work extra hours at the company’s request is mandatory.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
