We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to perform comprehensive testing of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and a passion for finding and documenting bugs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Execute manual test cases on web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure product quality. This includes functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla). Communicate issues clearly to developers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and test procedures.
- Ensure the product meets the highest quality standards and specifications before release.
- Evaluate the product from an end-user perspective to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. Suggest improvements to enhance product quality and testing processes..
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Basic understanding of SQL and scripting.
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) are a plus.

Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
