Postion: Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist

Nationwide Organization focused on educating Seniors and the general public on complex yet important topics such as Medicare and Financial Planning topics with offices throughout the country are looking for someone to Join the Atlanta General office Team. We have helped thousands of clients nationwide and in Georgia. We are a fast growing Organization with opportunity for growth. We are seeking a positive/energetic customer service oriented person who has excellent communication skills, who also wants to work in a positive fast paced TEAM environment who are dedicated to helping our clients
*Responsibilities:
Greet clients, Medicare Counselors, and other office guests upon arrival to the General Office.
Assist in scheduling consumer requests to attend educational workshops or have client meetings (NO COLD CALLING required) ,while maintaining the CRM system .
Work directly with Operations Director, Managing Director, Marketing Department, and other key departments to make sure to help maintain all systems and processes are at optimal levels of efficiencies.
Help maintain the office inventory of supplies, carrier specific marketing materials/applications, and maintain record keeping of files for compliance with all HIPPA, State Insurances, and Securities laws.
*Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service related positions
· Strong communications skills (Must be a “People Person”)
· Must be organized and able to multi-task different tasks efficiently with accuracy.
· Must have basic knowledge or Microsoft Office Suite
· Must be comfortable with Phone and have good Phone skills
· Must be comfortable with technology

Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
