RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bus dishes off tables, sanitize table tops and chairs, sweep underneath tables.
- Change and rotate kegs using proper lifting techniques
- Bus glassware from bar area
- Maintain a clean and sanitary bar area
- Stock the bar and service stations with inventory supplies including bottles, glassware and ice
- Wipe up any spills to ensure bar floor remains dry and safe
- Periodically check restrooms for stocking needs
- Report any quality issues to the Manager
- Observe and report any personnel or guest concerns to the Manager
- Assist bartenders as needed
- Follow all safety procedures

- Work is primarily performed in the Bar and Kitchen located within a Brew Pub. May be exposed to temperature changes, wet or humid conditions, noise, vibrations, and other brew production related hazards when in the brew production and storage areas.
- May require frequent nights and weekend work.
