Summary:
This is a key position, providing white glove service to our members. The Member Services Associate serves as the face of ArmadaCare and, as such, we are seeking service and hospitality oriented individuals who can learn quickly, maintain our excellence standards, and are comfortable supporting high-profile clients.
Tasks/Responsibilities:

Answer questions and resolve issues based on phone calls and other member inquiries

Document and track contact with members

Educate members on our self-service options

Exceed our members’ service expectations

Exhibit flexibility when necessary to ensure customer focused quality

Such other duties or tasks to assist the department of organization as the supervisor may deem necessary
Skills/Requirements:

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, as well as good command of the English language

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and be adaptable

Professional appearance and telephone manner is essential

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks

Probationary Period:
This role will have a three (3) month probationary period during which time management will have an opportunity to determine whether a person is able to perform all required duties of employment. Details related to job expectations and production metrics will be provided by management.
