Job Description
Full time outside sales position specializing in selling: tractors, compact construction equipment, telehandlers, industrial lifts, mowers, etc., into the construction, agricultural, and municipal markets. Candidate will actively manage and grow a sales territory.
Requirements
- Proven sales success in the construction, agricultural, and/or municipal markets.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Possess a sense of urgency and timing.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Daily CRM input and maintenance.
- Submit expense and other reports in a timely manner.
- Exceptional Self Discipline with a competitive drive.
- Ability to explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of a wide variety of equipment (as noted above).
- Comfortable calling on new and existing accounts, developing long term business relationships.
- Ability to work as needed (additional hours) during the busy season.
Qualifications
- Prefer 2-5 years sales experience in the compact construction or ag equipment industry.
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree in; business, construction, or agricultural related field.
- Must have excellent computer, communication, and writing skills.
- Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
- Must be customer service oriented and display a positive attitude at al times.
- Must be professional, efficient, and punctual with a good attendance record.
- Possess or have the ability to attain a CDL.
