Choice Media LLC is seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. As a leading provider of Google Adwords and Facebook Ad Campaign Management, website development, and social media marketing services, we are dedicated to utilizing technology to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts.
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and products
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and secure sales opportunities
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to support technical sales initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to maintain customer records and track sales progress
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills:
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
