```Duties```
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, educators, and medical personnel, to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
```Requirements```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with special education laws and regulations
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on individual needs
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping
