**Full-Time personal assistant to CEO of two companies

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the employer in managing personal tasks, household activities, appointment scheduling, and overseeing the care of their dog. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative tasks related to the employer's multiple businesses.
Responsibilities:
Household Management:
· Organize and manage household tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
· Ensure the smooth operation of household appliances and systems.
· Oversee home maintenance and repairs as needed.
· Coordinate deliveries and service appointments.
Dog Care:
· Provide daily care and attention to the employer's dog, including feeding, walking, and grooming.
· Schedule and accompany the dog to veterinary appointments.
· Arrange for pet sitting or boarding when needed.
Appointment Scheduling:
· Manage the employer's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
· Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
· Send reminders and follow-ups to ensure punctuality.
Business Support:
· Assist with administrative tasks for the employer's multiple businesses, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
· Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
· Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
· Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Personal Errands and Tasks:
· Run personal errands, such as banking, mailing packages, and picking up prescriptions.
· Coordinate household staff and contractors as necessary.
· Handle any ad-hoc tasks or requests from the employer.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a household setting.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
· Knowledge of basic pet care and willingness to care for the employer's dog.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
· Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
