We are currently accepting applications for a Housekeeper/Laundry Aide for our Park Merced senior community.
Essential Functions:
- Contribute to Community relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates, and other vendors or persons.
- Contribute to team effort by being flexible in work assignments; by furnishing support; by taking initiative; and by understanding how this position affects and compliments all other Community positions.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions including safety and employee policies and practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Other tasks will require reaching above shoulders, bending, stooping, kneeling and stretching.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and/or willingness to learn.
- Ability to pass drug screen and background investigation.
- Flexible work schedule that allows for working both weekdays and weekends.

- Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to work well with all people, particularly the elderly.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
