Role and Responsibilities
This is an entry-level corporate position. The candidate selected for this position will be working in close proximity with the CEO and COO of the franchise. The candidate will also collaborate with our in-house media and marketing team to create flyers, advertisements, and monitor the multiple social media accounts. This position is majority part time (30 hours, 9a-3p Monday-Friday). A common request will be to stay past 3pm to assist and complete special projects (up to 36 hours, 9a-5p Monday-Friday).
Monitor and respond to guest relations complaints
Handle charge disputes of the 5 restaurants
Handle guest relations for 5 restaurants
Answer phones, check messages, and return calls as needed
Check all email accounts daily
Collaborate with the in-house media/marketing team to create flyers, advertisements, and social media postings
Collaborate with accounts and CEO/Brand Partners to ensure smooth running of company accounts
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education and Experience: High school diploma and 1 year of administrative experience.
Interpersonal Skills: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience and must be adept at working with high-level managers
Systems Skills: , Social Media Platforms, Canva, Apps/Websites for content creation
Preferred Skills
Excellent Communications (Executive, written and verbal), Multiple Telephone Lines-Polycom System, Social Media, Customer Service/Guest Relations, Restaurant Experience, Able to create spreadsheets, presentations, forms, flyers using Microsoft/Libre Office Software, Intermediate to Advanced Levels
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
