We are currently seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate proficiency in both fulfilling paint orders and performing data entry tasks. Additionally, effective communication with customers will be a crucial aspect of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently fulfill paint orders according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Perform data entry tasks related to inventory management, order processing, and other operational requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, or other communication channels to provide order updates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, incoming and outgoing shipments, and other relevant data
- Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with orders, inventory, or shipments to the appropriate teams for resolution
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of materials and equipment
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements in fulfillment operations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or data entry roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication purposes, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required in a warehouse environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact courteously and professionally with customers and colleagues alike
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
