We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for technology sales.
- It’s an In-house Office position.
- 100K plus per year in potential compensation.
- SALES EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!!!

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Sales
- Excellent research and analytic skills.
- Good background in negotiations and contracts.
- Interest in both residential and commercial real estate.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Team player willing to mentor and support the growth of others.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Making outbound calls and building rapport with distressed sellers over the phone.
- Overcoming objections and setting appointments when possible.
- Identify properties/land that fit our criteria for acquisition.
- Negotiate and acquire properties/land.
- Establish relationships with sellers, buyers, and agents
- Monitor/track all acquisition phases.
- Learn and adhere to established processes and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of real estate transaction documents.
SALARY AND COMPENSATION:
- $100,000.00 Potential pay per year ($2,000 per month plus 8% - 10% commission.)
